We’re excited to confirm that Kenilworth Carnival Weekend is back for 2022, taking place over Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 July.

Saturday 2 July

1pm until 7pm

Carnival events and entertainment will take place in Abbey Fields near St Nicholas Church – displays, stalls and entertainment, all beside Wilsons Fun Fair.

2 pm – Jurassic Earth  – The Original and Best Live Dinosaurs!

Jurassic Earth features roaming, state-of-the-art animatronic life-like Dinosaurs in a THRILLING and interactive meet and greet. This is an unmissable opportunity to Talk to a Triceratops, look up to a brontosaurus, roar with A T-Rex, scream with a Spinosaurus and run from a Raptor


2.30 pm – Firedaze

Folk rock trio Firedaze play original up-tempo music with distinctive vocals and celtic style fiddle plus driving bass and stompin’ foot percussion, Music to make you dance and songs to sing along to. Warwickshire based Folk rock three-piece Firedaze are currently promoting their 3rd album – Let’s Have Another One. 3.30 pm  – Jurassic Earth 

The Original and Best Live Dinosaurs!


4 pm – ATMA Karate 

We are joined by Kenilworth’s own ATMA Karate, showing us skills in the art of TANG Soo Do. From the basics, forms, weapons and a fight (self-defence) and some audience participation will be required.


4.30 pm –  Eclipse Dance School 

Kenilworth Newest and Most Exciting Dance School. At Eclipse we offer lots of exciting classes for children aged from 2½ years old in Ballet, Tap, Modern and other dance styles. Children can work towards graded exams with the IDTA, Rosette and StarDance Awards, dance festivals and performances.


5 pm – Pop Voices Kenilworth 

Pop Voices welcomes people of all ages who simply love to sing! There is no need to read music, have previous experience or even perform and audition to join us – we are all about coming together to share the joy of music, mixed with a large dose of friendship in a sociable, fun and relaxed environment!

6 pm – Skullsexie

Come and join this very talented young lady as she performs for Kenilworth. You will not be disappointed.  Skullsexie is a full-time dynamic British born female singer/song writer based in Coventry and Warwickshire. Who has been on BBC introducing with her own original songs, one of them being “THE BEAST”. She has a broad diversity in her music which ranges from 50’s, through to modern day. “The Kenilworth carnival is such a popular and important community event and I am really excited to be performing this year”.

Sunday 3 July

1pm until 5pm -Picnic in the Park

Family fun day event with music, fun fair and food.  The Grand Draw will be held at 4pm.

This year Kenilworth Carnival have teamed up with Keynotes Audio to bring to you an afternoon of Keynotes very popular Open Mic nights with entertainers and musicians from in and around Kenilworth playing all kinds of genres to entertain you. So come and join us for a chilled-out afternoon in the park.

Don’t forget to bring your picnic and picnic blanket.

You can also take advantage of Bobby’s Bar & Succulent Pig.
