Pleasance Farm B&B

We welcome you to Pleasance Farm Bed & Breakfast, set on a 460 acre working farm (along with North Mere and Grounds Farm self-catering accommodation). We grow a mixture of arable crops, including wheat, barley and oilseed rape as well as rearing Hereford cattle. We also have a friendly brood of hens that provide us with a plentiful supply of free range eggs, which we use for our legendary breakfast and homemade cakes.

Our farmhouse contains three large, en-suite guest bedrooms, guest lounge and guest breakfast room.

Your stay with us will be secluded, quiet, peaceful and authentic yet only a 20 minute walk from Kenilworth’s eclectic town centre and a short drive from popular tourist spots such as Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa and the Cotswolds.

The farm itself was originally part of the Kenilworth Castle estate until the early 20th century and the remains of the pleasure gardens can still be seen today in the field adjacent to the house, aptly named ‘The Pleasance‘.

The Farm lies just half a mile north-west of Kenilworth. Arriving from the south, through the ancient quarter of Kenilworth, past the castle, you will turn off the main road onto Chase Lane and will immediately get a feel for our location with rolling countryside and stunning views – coming down our driveway, the farmhouse is nestled in a shallow valley with the castle beyond.
