Priory Theatre

The Priory Theatre is a community-run theatre in Kenilworth that has been producing a range of shows since 1932, offering anyone with an interest in theatre the opportunity to get involved.
Our theatre has 120 seats in a circle and stall layout. Typically producing around nine productions a year, there is a broad mix of entertainment – comedy, drama and pantomime – that provides something for everyone, whether you want to watch our shows or get involved on or off-stage.

Our thriving Youth Theatre offers younger members of the community a chance to develop their acting skills, building their confidence, and we’re pleased that a number of them have stayed with us over the years.

We’re also able to offer anyone the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of our theatre. Our volunteers come from all walks of life, and work in our front-of-house, backstage, production and technical teams as well as perform on stage.

We are a member of the Little Theatre Guild and are very proud of our standard of productions and our friendly atmosphere. We also work closely with many charitable organisations in the area.
You’ll find us on Rosemary Hill, across from Abbey Fields, wo we’re within walking distance of all parts of town. Abbey Fields car park is the closest car park on Bridge Street (just north of the theatre).
