Raffles Restaurant is Britain’s first Malaysian restaurant bringing the varied cuisines of the Malays, Mandarin Chinese and Tamil Indians under one roof. These diverse cuisines have influenced each other over the years in Malaysia and the Raffles Experience gives you the opportunity to explore them all, complemented by a Singapore Sling, fine wines and liqueurs.
