Experience a sound bath with Huda.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are ‘bathed’ in sound waves while lying on the floor. These waves are produced by various sources including healing instruments and singing bowls. In a deeply relaxed state you will be enveloped by healing vibrations. There are numerous benefits to a sound bath including: calming your body & mind, reducing stress and anxiety, increasing focus and clarity, improving sleep and elevating wellbeing and spirituality.

You will need to bring a mat to lie on and blanket & pillow to join in.

Not suitable for those with epilepsy or pregnant women.

Huda trained in Sound Healing at the Kathmandu Healing Centre in Nepal taught by Singing Bowl Grand Master, Shree Krishna Shahi, 3rd generation master/healer.
Huda trained in gong with Mehtab Benton from Texas, an internationally renowned Gong teacher.
In 2020 Huda moved into Sound Therapy and studied her professional diploma in Sound Therapy with (BAST) British Association of Sound Therapy

This is an outdoor event and while we hope that September brings with it warm summer evenings, there is a chance it may rain, so please be aware that this event is not under cover, so dress accordingly. In the event of extreme bad weather, we will arrange contingency plans which will be indoors.
